    血液被认为是人体非常宝贵的东西,民间常有“一滴血,十碗饭”的说法。所以不少市民参加完无偿献血之后,就把各种营养品抱回家进行大补。

    事实上,多数人献血后只要注意休息很快就能恢复体力。不过,如果更注重养生和保健,可以适当地增加一些营养,例如多吃一些瘦肉、鸡蛋、新鲜水果和蔬菜等。这些物质可以促进血液成分快速恢复。但切忌暴饮暴食,尤其不要饮酒。献血后的一至两日内,应注意休息,增加饮水量,最好是红糖水,以达到补铁、补血的目的。休息好就等于是吃大补药!

     总之,就我们目前的生活水平、饮食结构和营养状况而言,献血后完全不必多吃或进补各类营养品。只要注意饮食的营养价值,有选择地进食,因献血失掉的那部分血液是会很快得到恢复的。

Blood is considered as the precious part of one’s body. There is a famous saying goes like this: One drop of blood equals ten bowls of rice. Therefore, after blood donation without payment, many citizens bring various nourishments home.
In fact, most people just need to have some rest to restore their energy. However, for people who have been paying attention to healthcare, they can eat some nourishment properly such as lean meat, eggs, fresh fruit and vegetables, all of which can promote the blood restoration. Never overeat and drink wines. In the one or two days after donation, one is supposed to have more rest, drink more water especially brown sugar water to compensate iron and blood. Good rest equals nourishment!
In a word, we don’t have to eat much nourishment because of our living standards, diet structure and nutritional status. We just need to pay attention to nutritive value and be selective to food thus the lost blood can be restored soon.
