我长见识了，也第一次认识了“里海酸奶”。百度上说“里海酸奶菌种日本有卖的。干粉菌种1克23元左右。国内没有只能高价从日本邮购了。”
真的很方便，不用酸奶机。我喜欢喝酸奶，酸奶对身体皮肤都很好。做沙拉也好吃。下次去日本一定要找到里海酸奶，然后开始向你学习，坚持自己做酸奶。

你知道里海酸奶吗? 朋友给我这个酸奶一点。
这个菌在室内的温度20,30的环境可以发酵。所以不要特殊的用具,牛奶里对这个酸奶一点,只放在一天就做好酸奶,痕简单。每星期日用2公身升牛奶,做酸奶。我不仅喝,用做菜。已经从5年前持续至今。
